How I handle your information

AjiloSystems is a business registered in Nigeria and run by me, Ajilo Aanuoluwapo, from Akure, Ondo State, Nigeria. For the information on this page, I decide how it is used. You can reach me at ajilo@ajilosystems.com.

Nothing that identifies you. The page shows times in your own time zone, which your device works out by itself. Your location is never sent to me.

To count visits, I use a privacy focused analytics service that sets no cookies and does not follow you across other sites. It tells me how many people visited, which pages they read, the site that sent them, their country, and their browser type. I cannot identify you from it.

My website hosting provider keeps short technical logs, such as IP addresses, to keep the site running and secure. I do not use them to identify visitors.

If you email me, I receive your name, your email address, and whatever you include. I use it to reply and to keep a record of our conversation.

If I contacted you first, I found your business details in public sources: company websites, public industry registries and directories, and event listings. I may also use email finding and verification tools to locate a direct business address. I never buy contact lists. I use these details only to introduce my work. Reply “no thanks” at any time and I will not contact you again.

Bookings go through my scheduling provider. You give your name, email, company and any notes, and the provider sends us both the invitation and reminders. The booking is also added to my calendar.

During the audit, I send test inquiries you approve in advance and time the replies. I see only what you choose to show me, by a screen share you control or temporary viewing access you grant and remove. I never ask for passwords. Everything I see is covered by our mutual NDA.

When I build and run a desk for a client, it handles the inquiries that client receives: names, contact details, trip details and preferences. For that information, I act on behalf of the client, who decides how it is used. I process it only to run their desk, only on their instructions, and never for anything else.

The providers involved in running a desk are listed in each client agreement.

If you sent an inquiry to a charter company I work for, please contact that company first. I will help them answer you.

• To reply to you, and to take the steps you ask for before we work together, such as a booking or the audit.
• To carry out my agreement with a client.
• To run and protect this site, and to introduce my work to businesses, where that does not outweigh your rights.
• Where the law requires it.

I make no automated decisions about you.

Only the providers I need to run my business: my website hosting provider, my email providers, my scheduling provider, email finding and verification tools, and a privacy focused analytics service that sets no cookies. Each one handles information only to provide its service to me.

A list of the specific providers is available on request.

I never sell or rent your information. I share it with anyone else only if the law requires it.

I work from Nigeria, and my providers store information in the United States and in other countries where they operate. My outreach email provider, for example, stores data in several regions. When information moves between countries, I rely on the safeguards those providers offer, such as standard contractual clauses.

• Emails: up to two years, in case we pick things up again.
• Bookings: up to two years.
• Audit material: deleted within 90 days after the engagement ends, unless our NDA or you say otherwise.
• Outreach contact details: deleted within 12 months if you do not reply.
• If you ask me not to contact you, I delete your details straight away and keep only your email address on a do not contact list, so I never write to you again.
• Analytics: summary counts only.

Wherever you live, you can ask me to show you the information I hold about you, correct it, delete it, send you a copy in a usable format, stop using it to contact you, or limit how I use it. I answer within 30 days, and I will never charge you or treat you differently for asking.

If you are not satisfied with my answer, you can complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission, or to the data protection authority where you live.

Only I have access. Two step sign in protects my hosting, email, scheduling and domain accounts, and information travels encrypted. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach ever affects you, I will tell you and the relevant authority as the law requires.

This site and my services are for businesses. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. If a change matters to clients, I will tell them directly.
